One week. One skill. One thing you can show.

Build a learning habit around a small project instead of an endless queue of saved tutorials.

A learning plan becomes easier to follow when it ends with something you can make. Choose a small result: an organized research note, a simple page or a short edited video. Keep it small enough that finishing matters more than adding features.

Pick a concrete project

Write one sentence describing what you will produce. Name the skill you need most and set aside a realistic amount of time. A small project gives you a reason to practice instead of only watching demonstrations.

Make a seven-day plan

  1. Day one: define the result and collect one useful reference.
  2. Day two: learn the first step and try it yourself.
  3. Day three: build a rough version without polishing it.
  4. Day four: find the most important gap and practice that part.
  5. Day five: complete the missing pieces.
  6. Day six: test the result and revise what does not work.
  7. Day seven: write what you learned and save the finished version.

Use AI as a learning partner

Ask for an explanation of one concept, a small practice exercise or feedback on your own attempt. Try the exercise before reading a complete solution. You want a skill you can use again, not an answer you can only copy.

Keep a record of progress

Save the first attempt and the final result. Note one thing that improved and one thing to try next. When the week ends, choose whether to deepen the same skill or apply it to a different project. The point is a repeatable learning habit, not a perfect seven-day streak.
